O Testament é uma banda Norte-Americana de Thrash Metal originária da cidade de Oakland no estado da Califórnia. Foi uma das fundadoras do movimento thrash metal da "Bay Area" em São Francisco ao lado de outras como Metallica, Forbidden, Exodus, entre outras.
